A Meditation Technique

NOTE:

Within this site we look at meditation from two perspectives. Within this site we call those perspectives “Active” and “Passive”. Sorry I have had too many “debates” with people that call themselves “Masters of Meditation” and so I say again, within this site, we start with the typical passive "sit in one place, relax and connect" type of meditation exercises. However, our goal will be to migrate into Active Meditations. “Masters of Meditation” will say that, this is not Meditation. On This Site, we will call it Active Meditation. If you’re a master and your cup is full, you probably shouldn’t be here, have a great day.
Active Meditaion will most likely be standing up with your eyes open or while you are on a walk. This is where we will start creating constructs which are containers we fill with a particular type of energy or feeling and use it within those active meditation to define a character profile. Which can and will empower you and maybe you will allow it to evolve into an Eidolan and further still to a Persoulate, then a Mysoulate. Active Meditation is a must when you start including being from the otherworlds or realms around ours. But we are getting way ahead of ourselves here.

Basic Meds First! Although a lot of the people who read this will probably know the importance of this, we are going to reiterate that now. If you are already very well into passive meditative exercises you may not have to work through these Meditative basics.  If you already know the best practices and visualizations that work for you, please do what you know works best for you and fit the future exercises into and around your own techniques.

Passive Meditation is important and has been practiced by many throughout time.  If done on a daily basis, you will begin to understand just how important it is.  This type of Meditation can combine both breathing and (sometimes) chanting techniques, designed to increase the oxygen flow to the brain, relax the host, and prepares you to focus within a relaxed state of mind.  Passive Meditation can reduce (possibly eliminate) stress, it can help with insomnia and it is needed in the beginning to strengthen the connection to those positive energies within the Universal Mind.  There are many ways to Meditate, depending on what you are out to accomplish or do.

As you read on we will elaborate in more detail on these points.  For now here is a basic Meditation technique that you should practice daily in preparation for some very important Mediation exercises to come.

Let’s Begin:
Find somewhere that you feel most comfortable and hopefully in a place that can limit any interruption (turn the ringers off).   Both sitting up and lying down are good starting points. One point to keep in mind is:

  • Whatever position you choose (especially for beginners) should fully support you without having to use any muscle to maintain your posture.
  • Some notes:  Breathing should not be done too quickly, breathe in as you normally would, the difference in this case is, you need to breathe in as deeply as you can (hold it in 2 sec).   Then as you exhale, allow the air to exit your lungs slowly and completely pausing only for a second before starting the next breath.
  • Chanting or <Chant> are words that you can say aloud or within your mind, in this case let’s do a very soft whisper.  The <Chant> (in this case) are said in order to channel focus.  The <Chant> is said after a completed exhale, and then you will take half a breath or just enough air to say the <chant>.  Then breathe in deeply and hold for 2 seconds (sec) before continuing the process.  Each step should be done a minimum of 5 (or more preferably) times before continuing to the next step.
  • The more times you do it the deeper the relaxation and closer you will come to your “Alpha” Level.  the “Alpha” level is defined in this site as the most relaxed level you can be before you lose consciousness.  The point of meditation is not to lose complete consciousness.  Beginners may find that breathing techniques that go more than 5 times end up falling asleep before completing its intended purpose.  If that is the case for you, modify accordingly, but… If you can do 5 times easily then do 10.

Enjoy,

Five Steps:

  1. There are five steps to this (basic) Meditation Technique:
    • Breathing Technique
    • Minimum 5 deep breaths (hold it in 2 sec)
    • Enhance your resistance against negative energy.  In addition to chanting the words, attempt to visualize, feel or think about the words you are saying.
    • <Chant> this temple is protected by an aura of positive energy.
  2. Take a deep breath (hold it in 2 sec)
    • Repeat as many times as you did your breathing (step 1)
    • Relax, establish inner peace
    • <Chant> I am at peace within
    • Take a deep breath (hold it in 2 sec)
    • Repeat as many times as you did your breathing (step 1)
  3. Bond with the Universal Mind, although you are an individual consciousness within the universe, you share a oneness with it.
    • <Chant> I am one.
    • Picture your body as a shadow with a solar system inside and the universe behind it. Take a deep breath (hold it in 2 sec)
    • Repeat as many times as you did your breathing (step 1)
  4. Feel the energy changes both inside and outside your host.  Know the energy inside is your soul becoming more conscious as it becomes who you really are.
    • <Chant> I feel the vibrations as I begin to Awaken.
    • Take a deep breath (hold it in 2 sec)
    • Repeat as many times as you did your breathing (step 1)

Then begin to breathe in as you normally would.

We will go into more detail later, for now, feel the inner peace, relaxation and the vibrations of the Universal Mind.  If you are a beginner Memorize this process, because this will be the foundation you will use for the exercises to come.
